How do I pay?
We currently process Pro and Whale subscription payments through Paystack in Naira. Crypto payment testing is being built separately before any production release.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my scan limit?
Free users are limited to 10 fresh scans per day. Pro includes 150 fresh scans per day, and Whale includes 500. Cached reports and API reads have their own monthly limits.
Does every paid plan include API access today?
Yes. Pro and Whale include self-serve API access today, and Free includes a smaller starter quota. Enterprise uses custom limits, scopes, and onboarding terms.
Can I buy AML or forensic automation self-serve?
Not yet. AML, wallet surveillance, and forensic review workflows require onboarding because limits, reporting, and operational risk need to be scoped first.
Do you offer refunds?
Card subscriptions are covered by a 14-day first-purchase refund window. Crypto payments, when enabled, are non-refundable because they settle on-chain.
