TERMS OF SERVICE

1. THE SERVICE

RUGBURN is a software-as-a-service platform that provides token safety analysis and intelligence for blockchain-based digital assets. The Service includes a web dashboard, watchlist alerts, Telegram bot features, and related tools. Public API access is only offered when explicitly enabled by us.

2. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE

The Service does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Safety scores, risk assessments, token analysis, and all other outputs of the Service are informational tools only. A high safety score does not mean a token will increase in value. A low safety score does not guarantee a token is a scam. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. We strongly recommend you conduct your own research before making any financial decisions.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, maintain the security of your password and account, accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

4. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed at the rates displayed at the time of purchase. Pricing is displayed in US Dollars (USD), while card checkout may settle in local currency at the quoted checkout amount.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.

5. PAYMENTS

Payments for subscriptions are currently processed through Paystack or other payment providers we may adopt in the future. We do not store your full card details. Payment processing is handled by the applicable PCI-compliant provider.

If cryptocurrency payments are enabled in the future, those transactions will be final and processed on-chain. We cannot reverse or refund completed on-chain transactions.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service to facilitate market manipulation, wash trading, or fraud
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
• Use automated systems to scrape data from the Service beyond API rate limits
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service, including its design, code, content, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Beyndtech and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Service integrates with third-party APIs and services including blockchain data providers and payment processors. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

9. DATA ACCURACY

Token safety scores and analysis are generated from third-party data sources and on-chain data. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees that the data is complete, current, or error-free. Blockchain data can change rapidly, and scores may not reflect real-time conditions.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyndtech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or digital assets, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beyndtech from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding limitation of liability, disclaimers, and indemnification survive termination.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
