This Privacy Policy describes how Beyndtech (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use RUGBURN (“the Service”).
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Account Information:
When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (hashed, never stored in plain text). If you sign up via a social provider (Google), we receive your name and email from that provider.
Usage Data:
We collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, scan history, and alert preferences. This helps us improve the Service and personalize your experience.
Payment Information:
Subscription payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your credit card number, bank account details, or PayPal credentials. Our payment processor may share your email, subscription status, and transaction ID with us for record-keeping.
Wallet Addresses:
If you connect a Solana wallet to the Service or make a cryptocurrency payment, your public wallet address is recorded. We never have access to your private keys or seed phrases.
Token Scan Data:
When you scan a token, the token address and scan results are stored. Scan data may be aggregated and anonymized for analytics and product improvement.
Telegram Data:
If you link your Telegram account for alerts, we store your Telegram chat ID. We do not access your Telegram messages, contacts, or profile beyond what is necessary to send you alerts.
Device and Log Data:
We automatically collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and access timestamps. This data is used for security, fraud prevention, and analytics.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Process subscriptions and payments
- Send alerts and notifications you have opted into
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats
- Generate anonymized, aggregated analytics
- Communicate with you about the Service, updates, and support
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
Authentication:
Better Auth (self-hosted) or Clerk — processes email, password hashes, and session tokens.
Database:
Supabase (hosted PostgreSQL) — stores account data, scan results, and preferences. Supabase is SOC 2 Type II compliant.
Payments:
Paystack or another payment provider we may adopt in the future processes payment information. Those providers are subject to their own privacy policies.
Analytics:
PostHog or equivalent — collects anonymized usage data. You can opt out of analytics tracking.
Blockchain APIs:
Helius, GoPlus Labs, DexScreener — receive token addresses for analysis. These services do not receive your personal information.
Email:
We use SMTP-based email delivery for transactional emails. Your email address is shared with our email service provider solely for delivery purposes.
Telegram:
Telegram Bot API — receives your chat ID for alert delivery. Subject to Telegram’s privacy policy.
4. COOKIES
The Service uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for the Service to function.
5. DATA RETENTION
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
Anonymized scan data and aggregated analytics may be retained indefinitely as they cannot be linked back to you.
6. DATA SECURITY
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS)
- Encrypted password storage (bcrypt/argon2)
- Row-level security on database tables
- Rate limiting on all API endpoints
- Webhook signature verification
No system is perfectly secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Delete your account and personal data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to certain processing of your data
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States (where our infrastructure providers operate). By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to these jurisdictions.
9. CHILDREN
The Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Service and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
