REFUND POLICY

At RUGBURN, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains our refund process for paid subscriptions.

1. 14-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

If you are unsatisfied with your RUGBURN subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to your first subscription payment only.

To request a refund, email us at support@rugburn.io with your account email address and the reason for your refund request. We will process approved refunds within 5-10 business days.

2. SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS

Subscription renewals (charges after the initial 14-day period) are generally non-refundable. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Technical issues that prevented you from using the Service
  • Accidental duplicate charges
  • Billing errors on our part

Refund requests for renewals must be submitted within 7 days of the charge. Contact us at support@rugburn.io to discuss your situation.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the customer portal. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You retain full access to paid features until the period ends
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current period

4. CRYPTOCURRENCY PAYMENTS

On-chain cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable.

Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, payments made with USDC or other cryptocurrencies cannot be refunded. By paying with cryptocurrency, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.

If you paid with cryptocurrency and wish to cancel, your subscription will simply not renew at the end of the current period, but no refund will be issued.

5. PAYMENT PROCESSOR FEES

When we issue refunds for credit card or bank payments, payment processor fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) are not refunded. You will receive the net amount after processor fees are deducted.

For full refunds within the 14-day guarantee period, we absorb these fees and refund the full amount you paid.

6. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or accounts.

7. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • One-time purchases or add-ons
  • Discounted or promotional pricing (unless within the 14-day guarantee)
  • Subscriptions purchased through third-party resellers

8. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

If your account is terminated by RUGBURN for violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be provided for the current billing period or any prior charges.

9. CHARGEBACKS

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and suspend or terminate your account.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
